We are committed to the health and safety of our staff and guests. We appreciate your understanding and support in following safety guidelines.
In light of the recent emergence of the Covid-19 Delta variant, we are joining a multitude of San Francisco events and spaces in an oath of safety for all.
We ask you to stand with us for the safety of our community so we can continue to explore, together.
We will for the time being, require all event attendees older than the age of 12 to show proof of full vaccination or negative Covid-19 test completed within that past 72 hours.
Proof can be in the form of physical card/test result, digital passport or digital image. Imagery will need to have personal identifiable information per guest and visible date of vaccination test.

Consistent testing of our onsite staff and team, including daily temperature checks.

Breaks between ticket times to thoroughly clean space, surfaces and equipment based on CDC guidelines.

Using Cleanbox products, specifically its CX Series o disinfect all HoloLens 2 headsets in-between use. Cleanbox uses UV-C technology to eliminate viruses and bacteria with an efficacy of 99.999+% in a 60 second cycle.

FAQ's
Q: How do I get to The Unreal Garden?
A: We are conveniently located at 10 SVN and the entrance is between South Van Ness and 12th Street. All BART and Muni trains stop at Civic Center, which is only steps from our entrance.
There are a number of paid public parking lots conveniently located within walking distance to our venue:

Q: I’m sensitive to VR/get sick with VR. Is this the same thing?
A: The hardware and software of The Unreal Garden are different from earlier generations of augmented reality. Thanks to newer, more evolved technology, you’ll enjoy a nausea-free experience.
Q: Can I come early and wait at the venue before my experience?
A: As a pop-up, we don't have much space for guests to hang out at the venue. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled ticket time.
We appreciate your understanding and support on this.
Q: Is there an age limit for the Unreal Garden?
A: Though we encourage families to experience The Unreal Garden together, we don’t recommend the HoloLens 2 be used by guests under age 10.
Q: I’m an artist. Can I submit my art to be featured in The Unreal Garden?
